  • Event Details

    This event is our 6th Annual Back to School Bash event for both class C & Rec/All-Star teams.

    Format: 8/10/12/14u – C/Rec divisions will feature 2 pool seeding games into single-elim bracket play. Note this event is only open to teams considered Class C or Rec/All-Star type of clubs. If you are a Rec/All-Star, contact the state office regarding weekend insurance (Mike Craig 614.895.2253).

    Awards: Top 2 teams in each division will pick up medals along with team awards. Awards will consist of 12 champion and 12 finalist medals. Team awards will be a banner for 1st and 2nd in each age group.

    Merchandise: There will be a merchandise pre-order for the event consisting of t-shirts, dry-fits, long sleeve t-shirts, and hoodies. There may be a few items onsite for sale as well consisting of tournament merchandise and other items. After the event, teams will have the option to purchase customized champions merchandise from UTP.

    NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.
    Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:
    • Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
    • Snail mail to Double Eagle Sports – PO Box 2283 – Westerville, OH. 43086. Must be paid three weeks in advance to keep spot.
    • Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Notate event and date paying for in comment section.
  • Admission

    $5 per carload parking to everyone.
