    This event is our 6th Annual Christmas-in-July event for class B & C teams. This event is designed to be a fun event for teams. This is the former Back-to-School Bash which has moved to first weekend of August.

    Format: 10/12/14/16u- B & C divisions will feature 3 Friday/Saturday pool seeding games into Sunday single-elim bracket play.

    Awards: Top 2 teams in each division will pick up special Reindeer type rings along with team awards. Awards will consist of 12 champion and 12 finalist rings. Team awards may be a plaque or team banner.

    Merchandise: There will be a merchandise pre-order for the event consisting of t-shirts, dry-fits, long sleeve t-shirts, and hoodies. There may be a few items onsite for sale as well consisting of tournament merchandise and other items. After the event, teams will have the option to purchase customized champions merchandise from UTP.

    2025 National Qualifier: This event will count as a qualifier for 2025 Nationals. Contact Ohio USSSA State Director, Mike Craig, for more details.

    NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.
    Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:
    • Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
    • Snail mail to Double Eagle Sports – PO Box 2283 – Westerville, OH. 43086. Must be paid three weeks in advance to keep spot.
    • Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Notate event and date paying for in comment section.
  • Admission

    Gate fee is $10 daily or $15 for a weekend pass. Friday and Saturday count as one day.

    A portion of the gate proceeds will go back into the complex for park improvements.
