EVENT DETAILs

This event is our 6th annual Mid-Ohio Buckeye Cup event. Traditionally, there are Friday evening games as this is the first of our “Summer” events. Whenever possible, we try to schedule teams closer to the venue in those Friday games and typically for 2 games Fri evening, when possible, then a later Sat afternoon game unless an early Sat game is requested.

Format: All divisions will feature 3 Friday/Saturday pool seeding games into Sunday single-elim bracket play. There could be some cross-over pool games or one large pool if numbers dictate. These guarantees are always weather permitting.

Awards: Top 2 teams in each division will pick up individual Buckeye Cup medals with team awards. Awards will consist of 12 champion and 12 finalist dog tag medals. If we have more than 12 teams in an age division, we will add 3rd place team medals and individual awards as well. Team awards may be a plaque or team banner.

Merchandise: There will be a merchandise pre-order for the event consisting of t-shirts, dry-fits, long sleeve t-shirts, and hoodies. There may be a few items onsite for sale as well consisting of tournament merchandise and other items. After the event, teams will have the option to purchase customized champions merchandise from UTP.

RVBFY charges a $10 daily parking charge. This goes back into the complex for improvements and operating budget. We are also using fields in Prospect Community Park which are not charging parking.

NOTE: 10u and 12u-B divisions will be playing at Prospect Community Park in Prospect, OH. There is no gate or parking charges nor are there any Friday night games in those divisions.
